The four service levels we will offer when bookings open. Each quote and booking confirmation will show the times we commit to. Flexible collection and delivery, including overnight, subject to availability.
Immediate (Priority Direct)
Before you book, we agree an estimated collection time and the latest time we will collect, both counted from when we send your booking confirmation. The latest time is our commitment; the estimate helps you plan. Once collected, your item travels directly to its destination, with no other collections, deliveries or passengers on the way. Available when we can take it.
Within 12 hours of collection
Delivered by a stated time, up to 12 hours after collection. We collect at your chosen time, within 30 minutes either side. The delivery window may run overnight; your quote shows the exact deliver-by time.
Within 24 hours of collection
Delivered by a stated time, up to 24 hours after collection. We collect at your chosen time, within 30 minutes either side. The delivery window may run overnight; your quote shows the exact deliver-by time.
Scheduled
You choose the collection and delivery times. We collect and deliver within 15 minutes either side of them.

We are not yet accepting Priority Secure Transport bookings or payments. Sending an enquiry does not reserve a time or a driver.
Indicative quotes
Any price we send before bookings open is indicative. It is not an offer or a booking, and nothing is payable.
Items and deadlines
No cash, valuables, dangerous goods, loose batteries, perishables or animals. Tell us the value of the items and, separately, any deadline and what a late delivery would cause, on any service level.
Proof and handover
We record collection and delivery and hand over only to the person you name, or someone you authorise in writing before we collect.

Simple process
How it works, in three steps.
Step 1: Send an enquiry
Tell us about the item, the collection point, the destination and the timing, including any deadline it must meet.
Step 2: Get an indicative quote
We check the item and timing and email you an indicative, all-inclusive price. It is not an offer or a booking.
Step 3: When bookings open
We will let you know. Every booking will then be subject to our acceptance checks and our Priority Secure Transport Service Terms.

What we can’t carry.
Documents, luggage, clothes and other everyday personal items are normally fine. We do not currently carry phones, laptops or other electronic devices. For safety, legal and insurance reasons, we can’t carry:
- Illegal or stolen goods
- Firearms and explosives
- Knives and weapons
- Drugs
- Fuel, gas and chemicals
- Loose batteries and power banks
- Cash and valuables
- Animals, waste and perishables
- Unsafe or unsuitable items
